Boy's Club

It's official...Kayson's in. It's a little thing I like to refer to as the "Boys Club". Ya know that first major injury they get at a young age that traumatizes you and leaves a scar on their body they have and are known for the rest of their life? Every boy has to do it eventually and until that moment happens a mommy just sits back and wonders when its gonna be and what's gonna go down. Kayson has officially joined. On 3/31/09 he was at the sitters house and fell of a chair and split the back of his head on the table. No mom loves to get that call at work. I met them at the Instacare and his sitter was so sweet to stay there with us. Kayson had to get 9 staples in his head. He was a trooper but mommy couldn't even watch. Yeah, I'm a wuss...I chose the cheek to cheek approach laying on his head and holding his hands while he cried it all out. Poor fella. He's since had them removed but he was a tough little sucker and I decided to look at it in the most positive way...he's in the "Boy's Club"!!!
