Cupcake Obsession
In addition to my cravings for sweets on my diet...I've developed an unhealthy obsession with cupcakes! I made them for my sisters bridal shower and I am making them for a few other events this summer..including my annual Children's Halloween party I'm hosting. I just can't get enough. I actually own 3 cupcake books and I have over 300 cupcake recipes. Including the cakes, fillings, frostings...and fun creative designs. I swear I wish I could make a profession out of it cuz there's never enough opportunities or reasons to make them! Erik thinks we're gonna be an obese family with all my cooking & baking obsessions. Hmmm...probably right.
