Fa Fa Florida!!!

I don't know how to make this a small post...I just don't. Especially because I have a lot to SAY in addition to pics. So this is how I'm gonna tackle this- I'm going to make a slide show. AND, when you're sick of that, I have posted a list of our favorite things about Florida. And then in another post in a weekish I'm going to dish the story behind my Alabama/Florida history.

But to sum up, I'm from the south and every year we try to go visit my dad, dad's family, and my mom's family. It's a tender, sensitive yet fun experience each time and I'm more excited about that post than this one!

Anyhow...let yourself crave some vacay by watching this slide! This is what we work for all year long...

What I Love About Florida:

*Tan smooth legs everywhere you look

*The smell of suntan oil

*Fresh & Delicious Seafood

*Publix

*The breeze from the ocean everywhere you go

*Restaurant patios on the beach

*Whataburger

*Surf Shops

*Driving to Destin & looking at all the attractions/restaurants on the way

*Sand volleyball tournaments

*Hwy 93

*PALM TREES!!

*Seeing pools in almost every backyard as your plane flies over

*The emerald coast!!!

*STILL finding left over sand when you take a shower

*Flip flops for every occasion

*People are SO friendly

*Watching the tropical storm news on tv

*Getting to hug my dad every night before bed

*Grilling by the pool

*Shoppin in stores you can't find in Utah

*Charter planes carrying signs behind them

*Watching people fish on the pier

*Linda's cooking

*Jumping over waves even though the salt stings your eyes

*The Crab Trap

*The Black Pearl

*Tom Thumb gas stations everywhere

*Seeing frogs, lizards and rabbits in the yard

*The Gulfarium

*Laughing with Lisa in the pool

*Crabs crawling the beach

*Watching waves crash in

*My dad's breakfast sandwiches

*Getting my brother to laugh

*Hurricane distruction

*Being with my family
