Independence Day Baby!!

Our 4th of July is always packed with traditions. It started off with the Cherry Days parade (which sucked this yr compared to others...we'll have to hit the Roy Days AWESOME parade to make up for it!!) But Kayson really had a blast and that's what matters most!

LOVES the motorcycle parts

Ignore me...I'm just makin them be aggressive on the candy-it's a war zone out there!

Love how my G's are showin...I'll get better at that haha!
Zach & Madi live right on the street so they saved our spots in their lawn. We love them!

Then we stopped by Cherry Days and played around at the booths. I CANNOT EMPHASIZE HOW MUCH GREAT FOOD AND TREATS THERE WERE!!! I had to get outta there quick cuz I just wanted to eat all day! Hot dogs, Cinnabuns, cotton candy, Great Harvest cherry cookies, Chick Fil A, Zeppe's, pizza, hamburgers...nightmare for a dieter! Next year better be ready for me to attack!

Ok next we hit North Shore Aquatic for some swimming...I just stole this pic off google cuz we didn't take any. We're saving swimming pics for Lava. Mommy fell asleep beside the pool..it was niiiiice.

Next we had a delicious BBQ at The Hunts. I made some of my famous chocolate peanut butter rice krispie treats in the shape of stars and of course decorated them in red/white/blue. I forgot to take pics but they looked a little like this.

Last, we ended the night at Weber High's fireworks. I have to say I liked these better than any other cities. They had a really good live country band that played all sorts of great songs and then the fireworks were great and the music was perfect. A lot of people just havin fun on the football field!! Happy 4th Everyone!!
