My 29th birthday was just what the doctor of old lady birthdays ordered. A relaxing, peaceful, beautiful fall day. Complete with...
A drive to Powder Mountain to take in all the beauty...

Bliss...
Wind in my eyes? Don't even care...
Erik's family were so sweet. They made delicious Cordon Bleu...
and then came presents...
Really excited about the Cricut Cupcake Wrapper maker my sweet family got me!
My hubby knows me too well. Although completely undeserved, I am ecstatic about having a Kitchenaid. Making cakes & cupcakes for party planning has now reached a much less 1910 era for me. I'm contemplating making it a spot in our bed.
and then came presents...
I have to post this. Erik's parents didn't make it for ME, but it sure made my day. I'm a fresh salsa person all the way and this was...ah...no words. Pretty sure fireworks were going off in my mouth.
And last, The cake maker's husband helped whip up this "Better Than Anything" cake. I'm proud of him. Really. I love that he cares so much about me...AND that he didn't ask me to bake my own cake haha! Thanks love.
You make me smile, you make me get up everyday, you make my heart beat, you know who you are.
I love you. I love you. I love you.
I'm a lucky happy 29 yr old girl.

Erik baked you a cake?!?! That's love. If Rico ever baked by himself I think I would die of shock. What a sweetheart :)
I love the pic in the car with Kayson making a face in the background, ha ha!
You will adore your kitchenaid! It is God's gift to kitchens.
