I know. It's silly. But I've always hoped that at least one of my children would get my blue eyes. Even as I type that it sounds ridiculous. But I felt like Kayson hardly resembled me at all and he ended up with very brown eyes. This time around I've been waiting and hoping that we'll have at least one little blue eyed girl. One thing I can feel like I know they got from me!
I anxiously wait everyday like it's an obsession to see if they are turning blue. Lately, Saydee and Hallie's eyes seem to be getting bluer. Maybe? I guess I could just be wishfully dreaming ha. You tell me. You'll probably have to click on the pics to see close. They're gorgeous either way :)

I have two girls with chocolate brown eyes... neither of us have brown eyes (mine are blue & Nate's are hazel). Though I wouldn't change them I have always hoped for just one blue too.
P.S.- Both are looking pretty blue to me. :)
They are lookin totally blue!
SO CUTE
I am thinking Saydee's are looking blue!!! So fun I bet it's so exciting to see them grow and turn into their own little person:) Hope you are doing well you are amazing!!!
I don't think it's silly to want one of your babes to have one of your features...especially if it's blue eyes. I love blue eyes! Nate and I have hazel but one of our twinners got blue eyes from somewhere. The other 2 boys have hazel. That's cool you grew up by Jenny. She has twins too. Our friend Kresta has twins also, so there were 3 sets of twins at that BBQ. The girl with long brown hair in the pic is Jamie Whitesides. Her husband Brad graduated in 99 with me. They are lots of fun! I adore your cute family too. I've told my husband a couple times that I'm jealous of your cute triplets. 2 babies are cute but 3 babies are even cuter. Then I get reminded of how busy life is with just twins and I'm happy to have only 2 babies. We do need to meet one day! Maybe when your life slows down a bit!
They both look blue to me!
I totally understand! NONE of my kids look like me at all! Except their eye color... but Patrick's eyes are blue too... so it totally doesn't count! (My kids don't even look like each other... what can you do?!) hahaha. Adorable girls! And I will keep my fingers crossed for you! :)
I totally understand. Both my children don't even look like me, and neither have my green eyes. I guess I can only hope that one day one of my grandchildren will have my green eyes. But your little girls are super precious either way, as I'm sure you know :-)Joyce
