Thirsty Laptop

Babies & Laptops are cute together.

At least that's what this picture would have you believe.

...it's not quite that cute in our home. And you're about to find out why.

It's a silly thing to be posting about in the first place. But sometimes the funny moments in your life deserve documenting. Although for a few days we definitely didn't think this would fall in the "funny" category.

Here's the story:

Payten likes to touch things
Erik likes hot chocolate
Erik likes to play on the computer
Erik likes to hold Payten
Erik likes to drink hot chocolate, while on the computer, WHILE holding Payten.....who likes to touch things.

The End.

If you ask Erik-this story didn't have a happy ending because we have to buy a new laptop
If you ask me-this story had a VERY happy ending because I didn't lose several thousand photos and a few hundred videos.

It was rough going without a computer for a week but in the end it was a funny little incident that occured in our home that we will forever get to blame on our sweet little mischievous Payten. And I would have to say my prayers were answered...because boy did I hit my knees fast when I thought our pictures/videos were history for the last year. Kind of an important year wouldn't ya say?
