HURRAY!!!! Erik finally started nursing school this week...Big BOO for school but loud cheers that we're on our way! We still have 6 yrs until he completes his Nurse Anesthetist program but we're on the track finally. Erik has always been such a hard working student & dedicated worker. I've always looked up to him for his sympthatic heart & Christ Like compassion he has toward helping others. He's always had a helping hand stretched out ready for someone to grab & I've watched it build his testimony & love for fellow men. I admire so much about him, and this quality is one I know he'll pass on through example to our children.
Nursing school is more than a profession...it's about being there to help people when they're suffering- getting them through times when they are full of pain, fear and heartache. Not only to aide to their illnesses but also calm them with comforting eyes, hands and words. Erik is so perfect for that. When we heard Erik finally made it into the Nursing Program this year I decorated his truck the next day while he was at work. This was back in March but I just thought I'd share! (Babelicious & Puppy are so proud of you honey-WE LOVE YOU!!)
